If you submit the claim review form, the site collects what you type: your name and contact details, information about your property and your insurance claim, and your own description of what happened. Your words are recorded exactly as you write them.
If you only browse, the site does not ask you to identify yourself. The site does send a small usage signal: which kind of action happened (a page was viewed, the form was started or submitted, a phone number was tapped), this site's identifier, and the time. That signal goes to the service platform the firm uses to operate this site — run by the site's operator on the firm's behalf, never an advertising network — and the information sent contains no page address, no search terms, no cookie, and no name or identifier tied to you.
Submitted information is recorded for Carrigan & Anderson, PLLC and nowhere else. It is not sold, rented, or shared with other law firms or with advertisers.
The form asks for your consent before the firm may contact you, and the exact consent language you saw — word for word, with the time you agreed — is stored alongside your submission. You may revoke that consent at any time, including by replying STOP to a text message.
